Verve™ Acquires Beacon Solutions and Location Analytics Company ROXIMITY

 NEW YORK – June 22, 2016 – Verve, the leader in location-powered mobile marketing, announced today the acquisition of ROXIMITY, a Denver based start-up specializing in beacon software and hardware that provide comprehensive location-based analytics and advertising so retailers, brands, and venues better interact with nearby consumers.

The acquisition pairs Verve’s high quality location and mobile device data with ROXIMITY’s industry-leading beacon hardware and analytics tools. Combined, they help marketers observe and influence—with absolute certainty—consumer behavior from broad locations down to a specific aisle. The powerful combination of ROXIMITY’s in-store beacon signals and Verve’s distribution network and creative expertise makes mobile advertising more precise and measurable than ever before.
